Noise from the bar and main street disrupts peace at night!!! Bathrooms lack proper cleanliness, and please fix the heating issues—it's unacceptable!!! Staff responses to complaints need serious improvement !!!

I appreciated the quirky building and the cleanliness of my room as I had easy access to delightful spots like the Kids Play House just 500 meters away and several cafes within a short stroll that made my city explorations a breeze. As a solo traveler, I found the hotel had a comfortable vibe for me to unwind after a day of sightseeing, but it would have been nice if meals were available in the evening.

The Danish pastries at breakfast were absolutely heavenly, truly a treat for the taste buds! The proximity to local eateries like The Hook of Halstead provided delightful dining options, making my culinary journey exciting. Plus, the cozy vibe of the pub added to the charm of my stay.

Dinner wasn't brilliant to be honest. my lasagne was overcooked, and there were a few things missing from the menu. the friendly atmosphere and fun night out still made it a good time overall.
